Matt is the General Manager of Toboggan Brewing Company and manages live music events at the breweries restaurant. Toboggan Brewing Co. is focused on quality and small batch offerings. The 519 Kitchen is locally sourced and made fresh to order. Live music has become an increasingly important element of Toboggan’s offerings and Matt is working with community partners to carve out a niche within the local music scene at Toboggan.
